Mr. James Manclark
Honorary Life President and Co Founder of WEPA, James celebrated his 70th birthday at the WEPA World Championships in Nepal last year. Previous sporting adventures abound. He drove a bobsleigh for Britain for ten years. Competed in the Olympics both in the bobsleigh and luge. Won a World Championship power boat race. Built and owned one of the balloons competing to be the first to circumnavigate the world non stop. Flown Tiger Moths and gliders. He’s a committee member and now an ambassador since the start of FIP (Federation International de Polo) and because of this, has played horse polo in 36 different countries. He has also been treasure hunting in Ecuador, works as a property developer and is now starting to invest in oil. |

Mr. Rickard Hogberg
Former captain of the Singapore Polo Club, Rickard led Team Sweden to an upset victory on the first day over seeded favourites DHL Global Mail in the 2006 King's Cup. DHL got their revenge on the final day, however,
possibly because Team Sweden had spent the rest of the tournament happily thrashing the hotel teams. A native of Sweden but now resident in Singapore, Rickard has a +2 goal handicap in horse polo and represented Sweden in the FIP European Championship in 1995 and 1997; and Singapore in the FIP World Cup Qualifiers in Lahore in 2003. In 2004 he acted as coach, manager and escort for the super glamorous DBS ladies team. |

Mr. Thomas Engstrom
Thomas is CEO of a start-up company called Novus Scientific with HQ in Singapore. Novus develops, manufactures and markets a surgical matrix based on re-sorbable polymers which help the body regenerate soft tissue, after which the material disappears. |
